Fees for services are determined by the nature of each project. and may be by hourly rate, percentage of construction cost or lump sum cost. Building information modeling is utilized on every project. This is a dynamic and interactive software tool that enhances design investigation, client visualization and the quality of documentation.

Residential

The studio offers homeowners the opportunity to explore design possibilities through consultation that includes site/building analysis and documentation, graphical exploration of ideas, and material and color suggestions. These explorations may lead to the traditional services listed above, or perhaps they provide just the right amount of support a homeowner may need.
